Social Learning Zone – Construction Update Pictures

We have just received a number of pictures from our Estates department showing the continuing progress with the SLZ over the month of July. We have also included a few pictures of the construction work taking place on floor T5 of Eagle Tower which is soon to be the new home of Photography, Video and Graphics.

Chadwick Library final closure

From 5pm Thursday 31st July, it is with regret that Chadwick Library will be permanently closed. All services will be available from Eagle Library.

Social Learning Zone Webcam

We are sorry but the webcam pointing into the SLZ is no longer available due to the building contractors taking over the Issue Desk area in Eagle library to work on the link corridor. We will try to get some up to date pictures from the University Estates department posted to this blog as soon as possible to show you the current progress within the SLZ.

LIBRARY ENTRANCE NOW MOVED!

From this morning, the entrance to the Library will be from the bottom of Eagle Tower Staircase (T1). This will be the entrance until the building work is finished. Please note you need to use this door to exit the Library. You will notice that the Issue Desk facilities are now also at the Information Desk. Please ask a member of staff if you need any assistance or guidance.
