Here are a couple of artists impressions of what the new Students Union bar will probably look like once completed.  The bar area is located on the mezzanine level of the Social Learning Zone opposite the new Eagle365 suite.

    Looks good! Can’t wait to relax in there with a beer and my laptop for some chillout time… :) Can’t wait to get back to Uni either, the summer has been sooo boring for me…

    I’m really excited at the idea of an SLZ at Bolton I graduated in 07 and during my degree often felt it would be good to be able to combine chat a hot choc and study. When I returned as a support worker in Sept 07 this would have been an even more valuable resource. Now I’m back again as PGDE student and looking forward to trying out the SLZ. Mmmmm? Do you think it’ll end being called the SLeaZey? :-)
